PTC Parking Deck

Project Description: Currently ongoing project where EBS is cutting out and re-caulking 35,000 LF of existing sealant in Dbl-T sandwich slab parking deck with new backer rod and urethane sealants. This project had to be completed in sections to allow for full operation of the parking deck while project was ongoing. A tremendous amount of work went into this project to protect the cars still utilizing the deck and to protect employees from traffic. This project was two floors on two different parking decks - planning and logistics were a force to be managed.

New London United Methodist Church

Repointing of the historic brick on 3 elevations of the Chapel including front entry, bell tower, and towers. Power washing and applying a clear penetrating sealer to all surfaces repointed to protect from water intrusion.

Special attention had to be paid to the arch over the front doors and the intricate details of the historic brick in all specialized locations including the inset windows flanking the front doors.

Cedar Grove Lutheran Church

Repointing of historic brick on side, rear, and courtyard of Cedar Grove Lutheran Church in Leesville SC. This project was a completion of the remainder of the original church, we repointed the front and towers a two years prior.

After removing old mortar and replacing with new, the facility was pressure washed and a clear sealer was applied to prevent water intrusion in the future.

Pettit Tower - Roper Hospital

Remove and replace any bad brick based on engineers direction, brick repointing, thru wall flashing, concrete repair, expansion joint removal and replacement, structural repinning of precast concrete panels, removing and replacing brick control joints, brick to window perimeter sealants and wet glazing windows, saw cut relief joints at the corners of the brick construction to allow for brick movement.

Work proceeded around facility with over 10 Drops taking place until complete.

Charleston VA Hospital

Started the work on the lower elevation. Rigged the building with Swing Stages. Trimmed the gaskets between the glass and metal framing and caulked with silicone caulk. Removed the perimeter sealant around the Curtain Wall and the windows and replaced with new sealant. Removed and installed the new silspan at the joints in the EIFS. Power Washed all the walls and coated with an elastomeric coating. The same sequence was done at the upper elevation.

West Ashley high school

We removed caulking from all windows, doors, and expansion joints. We install new backer rod and caulk to all locations. We power wash the entire school. We painted all the lintels. Brick repair to various locations.

Belle Hall Elementary

We removed all caulking from windows, doors, and expansion joints. Installed new backer rod and caulk to all locations. We applied new coating to stucco band around entire school.

Cat shack

We removed all interior walls and electrical . We removed two doors and constructed a solid wall. We installs new drywall and groove board to hang items on. WE installed new electrical. We painted interior.

Burke High School

EBS removed caulking from all windows and doors due to failing caulk. Install new backer rod and caulk to all locations. Rebuilt two brick corners back to new quality after they were cracked from bottom to top.
