Kassy, Managing Director
Kassy is a College of Charleston alumnus with a BS in Mathematics. She has 15 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry in Charleston. Kassy founded Exterior Building Services LLC in 2016 and is responsible for corporate, operational and project accounting management activities, all business financial analysis and operational needs of the company.
Kassy founded EBS with the main goal to provide the customer with quality workmanship and the service that is sometimes missing in the construction industry of today. We strive to be better, do better and have our customers come back to us time and time again. Originally from Connecticut, Kassy moved here to pursue her education and after falling in love with all Charleston has to offer has made it home. In her free time she enjoys being outside with her family whether hiking, boating, diving, travelling or exploring the history of Charleston.

Gary, Business Development
Gary started his construction career as an estimator for Skyline Paint and Hardware in 1971 , moved to a coordinator position for PPG, Ind. In 1972 Planning and executing glass and glazing projects. Remained in the glass and glazing industry working at General Glass in Wheaton , Md , Binswanger Glass Branch Manager in Charlotte, NC and GW Moore Sales until 1990. I received my general contractors license in 1991 and worked with the Chamberlin Company for 4 years running the Building Envelope Division. 1995 Salem Contracting / Salem Services Group was started and operated in the southeast until 2015. Currently employed by EBS as their estimator and business development person.
Skill set has ranged from installing products and applications in the field , to coordinating projects, project management , building an estimating system, developing a “ Process” for job coordination , budgeting , managing and running a building envelop business.

Jesse, Project Manager
Jesse was born in Mexico and came to the United States at the age of 18. His experience in construction started in 1989 as a laborer. He is an invaluable part of our team managing manpower, coordinating skilled crews to the best efficiency, overseeing quality control to ensure proper techniques, tools, equipment and safety on all job sites. However most importantly Jesse teaches and never stops learning. He has learned many things throughout his career and prides himself on still learning as the industry changes and grows. My favorite thing about construction is the challenge of learning new techniques to accomplish the task at hand together as a team.

Angie, Administrative Coordinator
Angie has been with EBS since 2016 and serves in the capacity of Administrative Coordinator. Having come to EBS from working in the construction industry, she brings with her vast experience in bookkeeping and human resources and a background of office management, where she served as Administrative Assistant for 15 years.

Chris, Project Manager
Chris has been with EBS from the inception in 2016. His construction experience started in 2013 working in the field for a local NC construction company as a mechanic and was brought into the office for training as an assistant project manager in 2017. He handles most city service jobs and help with managing with other project managers. I am a second generation in the industry. My father, Jesse Buitron, has been in the industry for 20+ years.
