Services Provided: Plaza Deck Repair

Project Description: Plaza deck rehab to remove of the existing pavers, insulation board and EPDM membrane and expose the drain leaking into the office space below. After materials were removed, a new system consisting of insulation board, durock panels, liquid membrane, terminate bar and edge sealants were installed as well the detail at the existing drain to secure the clapping ring being secured and sealed. Pavers were reset. As well thru wall flashing was installed at the adjacent brick column to assure water tightness at that location.
