Repaired damaged fireplace due to damaged mortar and crumbling. We had to support the structure and rebuild. The second pic is we built an arch on the bottom of the fireplace from scratch so that it could be seen from the first floor.

Removed caulking from numerous locations due to failing joints. Installed new backer rod an caulk to locations. Tuckpoint varies locations due to mortar damage or missing. Installed through wall flashing in two different locations to manage water intrusion issues.
